Where is the money?

Current Connection
The text claims that Bill Gates started a Charity type organization, and that he has donated over 30 billion dollars towards it, and towards the help of underprivileged youth. In my opinion that should have been plenty of money for millions of kids that need food, water, and shelter. I was looking at an organization the other day that for 45 dollars they could feed 1 family 2 meals a day for a month. This tells me that funds have not gone where they should and that is ridiculous. Bill Gates isn't the only multi-Billionaire donating large amounts of money. Since the beginning people like Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller have donated pieces of their fortune to charity. John D. Rockefeller is the only one of these men who actively participated in church. Personally, I believe that lots of morals come from religion. So maybe someone who is more active in church would probably be better morally and come closer to actually caring about the people he/she is donating money to. The money doesn't seem to be making it to the people. Thats not neccesarily the charity's fault. In places where genocide is happening I know that the bad guys purposely attack food trucks to prevent aid from getting to the people. I just know there are 2 sides to every story, but i am very thankful to these few very wealthy men who donate much to those less fortunate.
